Ability to Specify Active Objects
The new configuration allows to configure a condition which determines if an objects (static or individual) is “active” or “inactive”. Only “Active” objects are downloaded to and available on the mobile app.
Ability to Update Existing Tags Using an Upload
It is now possible to update existing tags using additional tags upload. When an object already has a tag with the same tag type as the one being uploaded, the user have a choice to either make the old tag “inactive”, or completely remove the old tag from the system.
“Near me” search for static objects:
Users are able to search for static objects around them. To use this feature user device must be equipped with GPS positioning sensor, and static objects must be recorded with GPS coordinates. When activated, the application will search for static objects in the given range. The range is adjustable from 10m to 2km. If any static object is detected in the given range, the device will display it in the list with distance to it in meters and bearing in degrees. If application is able to determine current device heading, the bearing will be displayed relative to the current heading, otherwise, bearing will be displayed relative to the North, in which case the bearing will be displayed with the suffix (N). The results can also be presented on the map.
Objects Sorting in Lists
Objects in search lists are now sorted based on the main tag value rather than object description.
